I cut the cord and have not looked back

I bought the Roku 1 after I cut the cord with my satellite company. I thought I would miss my favorite pay shows however there is so much free stuff on Roku streaming that I watch lots of independent movies which I like and travel shows. Streams great with now problems, easy hook up.

Allready have the older roku,so I knew what to expect, and I was not disappointed. Only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because nothing is perfect.

Great features

My boyfriend got it for me and I've been hooked. All you have to do is sign up for Amazon prime, Hulu n Netflix and you're set for life with any show or movie you want to watch.

I'm so happy I bought this product the more I search on it the more things I find that I thoroughly enjoy. It has the stations and movies that I enjoyed daily. I am extremely happy that I got the Roku.

Great except Netflix won't load

I think this model is much nicer than my older roku, but I have trouble with certain apps loading. I know its not Netflix because it loads on every other device and player I have in the house, which includes ps3, chrome cast, and amazon fire stick.

All of my daughter's shows in one place

Got the roku 1 because our daughter's TV only has a component connection. I'm so glad we got it for her. All her disney movies are in one place, plus she can watch all her favorite PBS kids shows. It's also very easy to move it from her TV to our HDTV in the bedroom to snuggle up and watch movies with the whole family.
