Easy to connect, easy to set up, runs without a hitch. Great if you have an older TV. Lots of free content, love it.

we live rurally, and TV basically sucks. This has really given "TV" a new dimension and enabled us to see movies that appeared in theaters too far to easily go.

Awesome little streaming player! I can watch anything I want to. I mostly use it for Netflix, Amazon Instant Video/Prime & Hulu. I also like the fact I can use my smartphone (iPhone) as the remote. The only complaints I have 1) The remote that comes with it doesn't work all that great 2) I wish it had Coax & Optical audio outputs, not every device I have accepts HDMI. Overall this is a great streaming player!

I love my roku! I would have given 5stars but I have to keep moving my remote to line up just right to get it to work even though there's nothing blocking it. I loved how easy it was to set up also. Only took a few minutes.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago for my kids tv and it really is amazing. They are watching the disney junior channel and not having to watch netflix anymore. Great if you don't have cable.

Great entry level device

Actually the wife got this free from here job as a program perk. The key to this device is the wifi range. That will pretty much make a break this for use. For some reason it was touch and go. I moved it to the livingroom where it's only a foot from that wireless router and it's been flawless since. I actually got a Roku 3 to replace where this one was originally so when comparing it to that device it's slower. My only complaint it how slow it is to navigate through SlingTV if you have that channel. But honestly I think SlingTV needs a ton of optimizations. It's pretty much a dog on all devices. Although Roku 3 seems to handle it very well.

I absolutely love our roku. The only thing that stops me from giving a 5 star is that it does not support more than one user account. If my grandchildren get on they see a list of what Papa watches. The cannot get their own user identity and movie list for their desires.

I first got a Roku tv for Christmas last year and we love it. I went and bought Roku's for all the other tv's in my house. I love all the channels and all the great shows.
