So many choices!

I bit the bullet and canceled cable (great decision, by the way) and bought my second Roku, the Roku I. It was simple to set up and offers more options than I can ever watch. I love it!

Still in question

I bought this about a month ago. In the beginning everything went great but the last few days it is running rough. Keeps stopping reloading playing stopping reloading etc. Takes me an hour to get through a half-hour show and I pay extra for no commercials.
Was going to buy another one for the luvingroom but since I have to buy a tv too might spend the bigger bucks to get a smart tv.
Not a happy customer at this time.....

We are so much happier with the Roku. I had cable for years and never anything to watch. I ordered a couple of the pay channels and am paying so much less now. Would never go back to cable tv.

Roku 1 works great

I bought the basic Roku 1, because the TV I'm using it with doesn't have HDMI. I just needed something in the guest bedroom, and this works great. We also have a streaming stick on our main TV, and it's all we watch other than news, sports, and an infrequent TV show. My husband and I love British TV, and Netflix via Roku provides an endless supply.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like it a lot I have a chrome cast also. But I needed a product I could hook up to an older input source. sfter using it I prefer the convience of not needing my ipad to use the apps

I was getting soaked by my local cable company and it was suggested by a friend that I try Roku. I was thinking that I would miss the usual daily shows that I had watched forever, but due to the wide variety of things that Roku offers, I really haven't missed them that much at all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
