This is a great way to reduce your expenses. The subscriptions you might buy are way cheaper than cable and you only subscribe to what you want

I really love ROKU.

I have had ROKU about a month. I was worried at first because I know nothing about electronics but it was easier than I thought it would be. I've had no problems and I love being able to watch what I want when I want. I have already recommended ROKU to my children and grands and my son bought one for Christmas.

I bought my first Roku in 2013. It was the HD and it has been awesome. I bought a Roku 1 a month ago and it has not performed like the first one I bought. It pauses more, sometimes shuts down and restarts mid stream, sometimes stops streaming something and goes to the home screen, and I have had to restart it at least 5 times. Kind of disappointed in it really. Though it hasn't proven to be as reliable as my first one, it's still reliable enough. Especially at it's price point. Some positives: it has a good selection of channels and it's super easy to set up.

We have Roku 2 on our newer HD TV and found that the Roku 1 works perfectly on our older model Sony TV
