Easy to Use

I bought this a few weeks ago and the whole family loves it. My 12 year old and 5 year old watches movies together all the time. They also love watching retro tv...their favorite show is ALF!

I bought it and it was horrible they want you to pay for just about everything it was a waste of my time.

My favorite streaming device!

I now have 4 Roku devices (one for my babysitter so my 1 year old can watch). The only other streamers I've purchased are Samsung smart tv for my teen and Samsung smart blu ray for myself and my mom which turns out has freezing problems. Roku are easy and reliable! I love how you can add channels and the quality of the streaming is excellent!

I was given this as a birthday present a month ago. It was the best present I received this year. I don't own anything else that allows me to get Netflix or July etc. This does and it has a bunch of free channels as well. Good job roku!

huge flaw

I bought this item for my son so he could watch netflix. However, he is still very young and on his profile I have child restrictions. This roku does not let me switch profiles on netflix so my kid is automatically logged into my name instead of his and there is no way to change it withought completly redoing the profile list on netflix which would mess my profile and what ive watched all up. This flaw needs to be fixed as it limits the entire function of the device. On a side note streaming to the roku from other devices works great

Its much slower than the roku stick we own and buffers a bit but you get what you pay for so its good for the price

Of course it literally won't last forever but I had a Sony Blu ray player they also played Hulu Netflix etc and broke within a year it stopped connecting to the internet no matter what I did it just did not work my mother in law bought a Roku at the same time and it still works just like new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
