No Ethernet Cable

I got this as a Christmas present. I wanted to use it in my dorm but there was no Ethernet port. So, I don't ever use it unless I'm at home, which is inconvenient for me. My mom thought it had an Ethernet port which is why she bought it but it doesn't. I have also been having troubles downloading channels on my roku when I'm connected to the wifi. Overall, I am disappointed with this product and I'm disappointed that my mom spent money on it when I hardly use it. It's good if you are using it with a wifi connection.

Great Product, sometimes...

I have 4 rokus in my house and I love what they do. They have allowed me to stream great video content from my pc and online services with ease. It allowed me to cancel my direct tv subscription and save a ton of money reach money. My only problem with them is the fact they mine (all 4) freeze quite a bit... this happens probably every other day and since there's no power button or switch, it has to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset. Sometimes this happens in the middle of shows and is just aggravating. I truly do love the product and recommend them all the time, but please Roku software people figure out why they continue to freeze and fix it! All of mine are up to date on software and I am thinking about trying android boxes if this continues to happen.

ROKU I not as manueverable

I started out with the ROKU streaming stick and really enjoyed it so I purchased the ROKU I and the ROKU III. The only complaint that I have is the ROKU I is not as easy to find something to watch on. It does not break the categories down like the other two do. I do love my other two ROKU players though. The price is unbeatable though.

Honestly, I have not used my Roku since I first explored my options. There isn't much you can watch that is free, and what there is, is typically 1 season of a show and then you pay for the rest.
