i like my roku, have had it since a little bit before thanksgiving all in all its a good product, as of recent the picture has been cutting out here and there

Was Great and then the software update ruined it!

Now it freezes after waking up from screensaver. Support was completely useless and provided no advice at all. I have 3 units and without support acknowledging the issue I am forced to go to Amazon Fire stick, which takes some getting used to, but at least it works. 3 dead Roku and no help.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am usually a very active gal but at 8 months pregnant I just couldn't do the things I used to and I became a little down, then we bought a ROKU and I have never been so content just sitting on the couch!
