no multiple netflix profile

I would have never bought this if I had known it didn't support multiple Netflix profiles. They didn't mention that anywhere in the advertising for the so called special "SE" model. Bad CE on Roku's part to omit that info.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than a cable box

I now have 4 roku players. When cable stopped broadcasting channels without a box, I decided to give roku a chance. It is much better than the box they were offering, and I only paid once for it instead of a monthly charge. Roku also has more viewing choices. I have at least 2 playing at a time all day long, always something playing that we want to see. Love my rokus'.

I have one for 2 of my 3 tv's. I am a senior citizen and the ease of just plugging in the streaming stick is wonderful. I have everything available to me. I also have a smart tv and for the record, they are great BUT for me I prefer the Roku over it. It is for tech savy folks. The ease and simple use of the Roku is awesome...just saying!!!

I bought my Roku player on Black Friday and other than being unable to connect for the first few days I have never had a problem and am very impressed with my purchase!

I bought one for myself since I didn't want to pay for cable. I almost immediately bought one for my sister, 2 more for my house and one for my brother's family. We use the free movie apps, Netflix, Vudu and Hulu and love it!

We own a roku 3 and an SE. The SE is VERY slow. I would recommend the 3 in a heart beat. The SE was a fun black friday buy, but don't recommend for everyday use.
