I bought this Roku about a month ago. I am very happy with the ease of set-up and use. The only issue (which is major and may be a deal breaker), is that I cannot find a way to hide R and X rated movies/shows. I have children in the house and I do not want them to have access to these type of shows/movies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE THE SERVICE. HATE THE REMOTE! RETURNED IT THREE TIMES. IT JUST KEEPS ''SKIPPING''. HALF THE TIME IT DOESN'T WORK. THE REST OF THE TIME IT KEEPS ''SKIPPING ALONG''. THIS MAKES IT VERY HARD, AND FRUSTRATING, TO MAKE A SELECTION OR SPELL SOMETHING OUT. IT SIMPLY WONT MOVE ONE SPACE AT A TIME.

The Netflix format is different and doesn't have auto play, otherwise works great love it!!

I bought my Roku about a month ago and I absolutely love it!! It's so easy to use and there's so many options on there to watch! Never going back to a game station ever again!

I bought the Roku SE (rebranded Roku 1 + extra features) on Black Friday and it serves its purpose well. It does pretty much everything I wanted it to and then some. Tons of channels. The only thing I thought I was going to be disappointed with was the lack of screen mirroring that comes standard on the Roku 3, but it made up for it with the addition of the new "Play on Roku" feature on the Android or iPhone app which lets you 'mirror' or play your pics, videos, & music to your TV without the choppiness that screen mirroring has. On the down side, some of the channels have repetitive ads that make continuous watching awful and you lose interest to watch your episode/show with that many ads, sometimes 6 per segment! Some channels are better than others though. On a positive note, there is a lot of good content for everyone in the family. I'm happy overall with my purchase!
