Love My Roku!

I don't use satellite TV. The Roku player is a great way to expand my viewing pleasure. There are several free stations, including music. There are family, kid and mature stations, and movies/programs to rent or buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the holiday special Roku and am amazed by the value. We already have a Roku3 and, while this is a more basic model, it measures up nicely.

I have the Roku 1 and SE. Neither work. The Roku 1 worked for some time and recently stopped for no reason so I purchased the SE and that will not connect to netflix. All other applications connect just not netflix. It doesn't even get me to their sign in screen so it isn't my network or netflix account.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I already have a Roku 3 and bought this to have when traveling. It does everything I need it to and the specials before Christmas were too good to pass up so I bought 3. I don't know if there are any differences between the SE and my Roku 3 other than the headphone jack in the remote and the ability to use voice commands but these are things I don't care much about so the SE is excellent for my use. Setting it up was a breeze and the content available is excellent. I have already given one as a gift to someone we visit frequently where there is no good TV reception available.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought it when it just came out. It's about a couple month now. Works good so far. Just one time restarted by itself. The apps for Vudu, Netflix, Amazon, Plex stream without any problem. Google play app has problem streaming sometimes. YouTube app can't stream google's purchased TV series for some reason. Hopefully, later update will fix that.
