I bought my first Roku over five years ago. I am still using it. I added this new one over a month ago. I really like it Roku has added so many great features since I bought the first one I recommend it to anyone looking for a streaming product.

I have an older tv and a Roku 1 and they work splendid together. I didn't have the money to buy an hd tv so I bought a roku and it will save you a lot of money. Even without a subscription to Netflix or Hulu there is still a lot to watch.

I was in the market for an affordable streaming device and based off of the good reviews decided to purchase the roku. The roku is affordable but it buffers ALOT. I thought it could be my internet speed but found out my speed (over 100mbs) was fine. I have to unplug the device sometimes even reset it and punch in my wifi pw when it decides to not work. its very annoying to say the least. It could be just mine but based off my experience, I would not recommend this to anyone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
