It was an excellent choice for me to use on an old Sony CRT. It's nice to know that I could connect to a more modern HDMI ready display as well.

I got this so that I can watch Netflix in my bedroom. I enjoy it. I love that I don't have to go through the whole logging in thing like I had to with other devices that have access to Netflix.

Good bargain!

I bought this product about a little over a month. I am happy with it. It is so easy to use even my five year old can use. The only downside to it is that it cannot be turned off. I have to unplug it. However it does go into sleep mode which is convenient when I forget to unplug it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I thought it would work better than the stick that I have, but guess what it will not work on my new TV. So had to switch around this layer to bedroom and the stick in living room.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I actually bought the Roku SE on Thanksgiving, but everything comes up as the Roku 1. A little slow, but decent for the price. The only downside is that the Roku SE (and Roku 1) don't support Netflix profiles. Did not find this out until setting up, kind of a big deal if you use multiple profiles.

I own 5 Rokus and I love them all. I have never had any trouble with Roku. I also gave my daughter and son a Roku. They love them. I also convinced my sister to purchase one. Very smart purchase.
