I am really happy with the Roku 1 SE model. It has allowed our family to keep using are fully functional big screen TV from the 1990's via RCA connection. I love the many free channels to choose from.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this one for the older TV I have in the spare bedroom work just as well as the Roku 3. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is some of the streaming channels are for HD and will not show on a SD TV.

Most Features are Great but.....

I Love my Roku except for one thing......The most important feature I have is my Netflix & I can't connect at all. I've had it now for 1-1/2months & nothing. I've done everything it's asked me to do. Everything else seems to work so i don't understand why Netflix can't play.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for the whole family and a money saver

My family and I really love our roku, there's something for all of us, and with three girls ages 2,4, and 7 that's not easy to find. I show it off to all my friends and neighbors and have gotten five of the to buy one in the last month.

I bought this Roku 1 to put on my older TV in the bedroom as an extra TV. It's great! no cable, no cable bill, and plenty to watch on my Roku!! I've had my Roku 3 on my Plasma for almost 2 years now. never go back to regular cable!!
