I bought one about a year ago and I just luv it! My grandkids can pick what they want to watch and it has been so great I bought another one. It good to have one if you have time Warner cable. You get the app and you can take back that little box they are charging you for. You can get more channels than the box. I luv ROKU. You can take it everywhere you go as long as there is WIFI. I'm going to get another one for my other TV. I would highly recommend this, I know you will luv it as much as we do.

Roku SE is terrible

I have two Roku devices, the SE (I guess classed as a Roku 1) and the Streaming Stick. Don't waste money on the SE/Roku 1. The Netflix app is terrible (you can't switch profiles) and there is no casting. It also locks up frequently. Love the Streaming Stick.

Better than cable

I bought the Roku SE black friday because we have a few of the older tv's that it was compatible with. We absolutely love it. Especially my daughter. Because the cost of cable and the cable company charging per each receiver box, she did not have cable to watch on her tv. She loves YouTube and would watch it on her kindle. Now with the Roku she can watch it on her tv!
