Purchased this for an older TV with no "smarts to be used in an office. It doesn't get used much but the little use it does get is great. The apps just seem to move better than on my TVs and there's more variety, at least variety I am interested in.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the functionality of all the ROKU devices

I purchased this item a month ago. I am very happy with like with all the ROKU products. With the exception of this device with its inability, outside of direct alignment with this device. An extreme defect in device function, that needs to be corrected to make this device the same quality as the Roku products. Please consider..

Better than a Smart TV

Let me start by saying, I thought I wanted a smart tv, not a roku. But when I bought my smart tv it was not what I expected. It took way too long to load Netflix shows and navigating through its option, well, let's just say roku is much better. To add to roku's awesomeness, you can add way more channels. You can't do that with a smart tv. ROKU IS THE BEST!!!

Glad I kept cable

This is not as easy to install as everyone says. Had to go out and purchase special wires. Plus, the streaming is erratic. Sometimes it is fine and sometimes the program slows down and then stops all together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
