We bought a Roku for the Rec Room, then the bedroom and now this one for the Living Room - we love them!

Works better than my Roku 2 HD

I have a Roku 2 HD player that I love. I don't pay for dish or direct tv and love that I can still use my roku player to catch up on all my shows. I wanted the Roku 1 so that I could hook one up in my bedroom as well and it has not disappointed me. I love that I can hook it up to either an HDMI or a composite tv. Appears to have new technology and works fairly fast. I also don't have the greatest internet speed but I haven't had any problems with it on my roku player.

I love the Roku and it works great. I wanted to easily take advantage of Netflix and Amazon prime on my TV and Roku does the trick. I got rid of cable and don't miss it.

We bought one for each tv and take it with us when we go to our friends who has a tv but no cable or roku
