Easy to operate

I had one of the first Roku boxes that came out several years ago so I am familiar with the Roku. I cut the cord and purchased a new Roku. There is so much content, so much to choose from and I don't know what to watch sometimes.

Great way to watch TV with no cable.

We received the Roku device for Christmas. We do not subscribe to cable or disc service, so had to endure commercials while watching TV. We already had an Amazon Prime account, so now we are able to watch hundreds of movies and TV shows without commercials and so far no extra cost.

My wife (Santa) bought Roku for Christmas, I am enjoy Roku catching up on movies and show form TV that I had no time to view before. I would like to know when new movies have been added.

I bought the Roku 1 for my parents because they have an older model TV and its perfect for them. It's simple to set up and use. We love it.

Easy entertainment

I got this because it's cheaper than cable and very pleased with it. I can watch whatever I want whenever I want for the most part. My Hulu account does seem to have some issues with loading episodes on my Roku and I wish I could switch accounts on Netflix but others than that I love this thing. :)

Roku is a great device. There's a random website on which I watch shows, and I went to add it as a channel, and it simply worked! The ability to add tons of channels, many free, is nice. It's basically TV for free. Especially with internet advancements today. You could substitute a Roku for a computer, HDMI chord and proper television, sure, but that is actually more tedious to navigate. More bulky too, etc. Roku has worked great for our family!
