I bought this in December and it has been a pleasure to watch PBS, History and History II, and Acorn. I am not interested movies or TV shows which is why i bought the Roku.

Not what I expected

I bought the Roku SE and for what it is, it's really bad -- sure it has all the features advertised but the interface isn't up to date -- the Netflix app uses the OLD interface. I tend to not use my Roku as much because the menu screens are pixelated and it just seems like a lack of detail on your part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was skeptical at first but what the hey! It was a Christmas Present after all. Went ahead and hooked it up and YES!! I can watch Netflix on an actual TV now!! Then there's all the free stuff!

I bought the Roku to replace the blu ray player I was using to access my Netflix, Hulu, etc. The Roku is easy to use and has lots of variety and numerous channels to choose from.

I have had a roku for 4 years and have bought 3 more so the whole family can enjoy. Watch shows when you want and lots of movies.
