I purchased this at Christmas and it has worked great so far. The only thing about the one we have, you cannot go to individual profiles on Netflix. It only goes to the main holder and I would love for it to play 3 in a row on netflix before you have to click to the next show. We enjoy the free channels as well and all the features it has.

I have enjoyed my Roku since my purchase. The ease of using is very good. Even the seven, eight,and nine year old have no problem with the Roku.
