Wife got it for the sunroom. It works great and love the app for the iPhone. Lot more app then Apple TV could ever dream about. It is a little slower then my apple but that was expected.

Received as a Christmas gift, this unit locks up randomly and refuses to play anything until after a 5 minute reset period. Considering another brand as replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have an older tv so we were forced to get to Roku 1. It does the job very well. We have been very pleased with it!

We got this unit as a Christmas gift. We were so satisfied with the numerous viewing options that we reduced our cable package and have many more viewing options. Not to mention the savings.
