Loving My Roku

I got this as a Christmas gift and I wasn't sure if I would use it or like it, but I love being able to have a tv in my room and watch my shows without cable!

I just brought my Roku for Christmas, got the internet just because I purchased Roku. The streaming takes twenty times longer then the streaming on your phone.

Customer service helped fix setting up glitch that occurred. It wasn't resolved in one conversation, but ultimately, the folks at Roku were able to guide me through what I needed to do with my router to get my Roku working. I'd classify Roku's customer service as way above average.

Ditched Cable

I'm really glad that I made the purchased of the Roku. I'm not watching much TV anymore and what I am I'm extremely picky about. This is great cable is getting really expensive as more and more people ditch it. My provider was overwrought with sports and I have no interest in that.
