Horrible. After 2 years nothing but problems

I purchased 2 of these microwaves. One for my home and another for rental property. After 2 years it constantly pops breaker on both properties. I have replaced door switches. And 20 amp fuses about 8 times.
If you open the microwave door before time stops the 20 amp fuse pops and need to be replaced.
I never open the door before time ends but it seems everyone else thinks that is normal and keep popping fuse.
Don’t buy this microwave because it will only cause you grief

Can not see the key pad to operate poorly designed need to upgrade the key pad or a replacement key pad that lights

Good microwave, but likes to collect fingerprints

I wanted the most simple microwave that was decent. I dont need those extra buttons and features when all I want to do is heat up leftovers! This microwave warms evenly and works great, even if it still has more buttons and features than I need. My only con is that it loves fingerprints. Overall, no complaints with its functioning and looks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought because my last GE, was a Lemon that didn't even last for 2 years. I Loved my old one quiet, big, etc. But it lasted leas that 2 years!! It was out of warranty , I called they said so sorry so sad. So had to buy another one, I went with GE because it was the better priced one, and I thought maybe I got a lemon. Just had new GE installed and noticed fan was VERY loud, even on low, can hear it from other side of house,Im talking obnoxious loud. Last microwave was super quiet even on high. I asked the guy does that sound right he says, yeah. He leaves I go to heat up something, hit start microwave turns on along with high vent plus a loud whistling sound. It sounds like a jet taking off. Vent runs while its on and won't turn off. There is nothing hot on stovetop. Ridiculous, I called store, they said they would order a new one because obviously this one is malfunctioning. GE used to be such a great brand, very disappointed. After this will never buy GE again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
