Bad Microwave

We have had this microwave less than 2 years and it just died. Would not recommend this and will replace with another brand.

Replaced same model from 2006. Had to put up new brackets and holes but fit perfectly.

Easy install, quiet, door has slight drop

Over all I am pleased with this microwave. It was easy to install. The oven is very quiet when in use. Has many nice programmed features. The only complaint I have is the door has a slight drop in it. When closed the door reveal does not align exactly with the frame. Not off much but enough for me to notice. Maybe a 1/64” or less Other than that the

Blows fuses, flimsy plastic breaks

This is a poor design. The plastic frame above the door breaks easily, including the tabs where screws secure this to the metal body. Recently this unit has been blowing fuses with no extraneous loads than previously. The door hinges have always been wiggly. Not a durable unit.

Noisy, no way to turn off vent fan!

Two over-the-range microwave ovens failed in a period of five years. The newest replacement, unlike the previous two, uses one fan to cool the magnetron and for the vent so no way to turn the vent fan off. Too noisy!

Nice Oven

Works Nice & Looks Nice. Bought As Replacement For my Ten Year Old Model That Stopped Working. Doesn't Get A Five Because 1> Had To Drill New Holes In Upper Cabinet, Same Company But Old Holes Not Over New Location & The Back Holder Also Had To Be Replaced. 2< Did Not Have An Upper Tray That Could Be Replaced, That Was Excellent Feature .
