Great features easy to use

Great microwave I could give it 5 stars but the noise of the vent, it turns on every time you use the microwave I wish it should have on and off button and not turning on automatically as you use the microwave

replacement for a GE micro/convection

The micro works great, my only problem is i was replacing one GE product with another and the mounting holes don't don't line up. I had to drill more holes in my cabinet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Loud fan, mounting holes were different

Our first microwave lasted only 4 years which was disappointing. I bought the exact same model for easy mounting. Only to find out that the mounting brackets and holes didn't line up. The cooling fan is extremely loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello. Thanks for your loyalty! We apologize for the short life of your previous microwave and we're so sorry for any inconvenience with the installation of your new replacement microwave. Most of the mounting brackets are unique to the model they come with and the holes usually do not line up with previous units. Neither can we recommend using older brackets for new microwaves as they were not designed or tested together.

Poor performance

This is our second microwave the same model. Our first one lasted 3 years and started tripping the breaker. We looked into parts but it was cheaper to buy a new one. I see a lot of complaints on this model. We also have a GE dishwasher that has started to leak after 3 years and that model also has had complaints. And come to find out they have stopped making that model. Just frustrated at this point with GE products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just over my one year warranty and apparently my board fried. Two different people investigated for me. Back to the drawing board.

All accept the right color

We’re hoping to get all black but got stainless with black for low price kind of.
We now have GE dishwasher,refrigerator,washer and dryer and have not had any issues with the units. Washer and dryer were not black but are not in the kitchen.
