Poor product

This microwave stopped working after a little over three years and minimal use. It started by blowing circuit breakers this past week. It has now completely stopped working. Not cost effective to repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice-looking OTR microwave

The microwave is great. My only complaint is that I bought it to replace the same model from 2 years ago and sadly discovered that GE had moved the holes for the top mounting screws. I had planned on a quick, easy installation of the new microwave since locating and drilling holes for the mounting screws is the hardest part of the job, so I bought the same model without even shopping for other models or brands.
The microwave is very nice. The changed location of the mounting screws, however, was a big disappointment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working after only 18 months

We got this microwave 18 months ago and it has already stopped working. It started tripping the circuit breaker and then went completely dead. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this microwave as we have had others that have lasted for years. It concerns me greatly as we chose matching GE products for the fridge, oven/range, and dishwasher.

Disappointed

We had our microwave for a couple of years. Recently it started blowing fuses. We read other reviews and saw it is problem with this brand. We had to replace the fuses quite regularly and then finally it stopped working altogether. We won’t be being buying GE again.

Crack inner after month
