This microwave was easy to install. Best to tape the template if your installing overhead. Works great, the open and closing of the door is kinda loud

Replacement. For the original one that was a couple of years old. As the handle broke off due to it being dropped when first installed. Great product.

We bought the same microwave that we had previously. We like the look of the microwave and the features. The only reason for the poor review if the first one died after only 3 years. We really don't expect this one to last any longer. Wouldn't buy it again if anyone else carried this finish. Great features, but needs to last at least five years to get a good review from us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
