Adequate features and quality look

The unit works well with a quality look and feel. The one change I'd have liked is the touch control because it isn't really a touch control. The keys have to be pressed, not just touched.

It was a little difficult to install in regards to the upper cabinet, but other than that it's a great product. Have been using for a couple weeks and no problem. Much quieter than the one I replaced.

Replaced our 14 year old almond Frigidaire microwave with this GE model. Price was great and it's features are such an improvement. Didn't realize what conveniences we were missing! The surface light is brighter and so helpful for aging eyes. Cooking options are amazing! Looking forward to many years of use!

When my 5 year old black microwave went out I wanted to replace it with same model. When I shopped, I discovered the black with stainless steel trim which matches my GE range. I loved my old one and the new one is same model so I love it already.

The door does not open all the way. Not sure if that is how product is built or if it is defective.
