Excellent turntable speed and one minute heating ability. Is a bit noisy. Material covering over push button areas tends to crinkle. All in all, seems like a good buy.

Bought this model 3 years ago. Just broke. Tried replacing the door switches and fuses. That did not fix the problem. Obviously a larger issue. 3 years!?! Poor quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this product for almost one year. (My warranty expires next week). The fan/motor is very loud. We cannot have a conversation in the kitchen when it is running. It has intermittently not cooked food on the first try, and we have to cook again. The beeps often do not sound when it stops. Today, it has stopped heating the food altogether.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
