Cheaper version of my old one

It works. The door sounds tinny when closed. The digital display is visually awkward and off center. I bought it so we could use the same installation plate.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't last!

I bought this microwave to replace the same model at the end of February. It had already stopped working. I plugged it up in several outlets and had an electrician come check my outlets, and it still doesn't work. As a result, I've had to put out more money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy but works great

Got some reason air blows out the front and it is super noisy. Maybe we had a bad installer

Died within 10 days

Bought this microwave and within 10 days it died on us. We were replacing the same model that died after 4 years because the door sensors broke. Apparently this model just sucks. We returned it and got a whirlpool model, much happier now.

Extremely disappointed

Microwave is only 3 years old and has malfunctioned. Previous Model had a known issue, but they claim it was fixed in this newer version. Costs more to repair than to buy a new one. Bought ALL new GE Appliances when we moved. Refrigerator, dishwasher, Gas Stove/Oven & Microwave and now only 3 years in and the Microwave needs replaced

Buttons are hard to see

The microwave works fine. The buttons are very hard to see, the either need to be lighter in color or backlit. We only bought this to match what we already have but our first GE microwave and refrigerator both had to be replaced within 7 years. Things just don’t last like they used to!

Great presentation in room appeal of appliance appearance, love the look of this microwave, works great, fantastic features. GE has always been a go to for me for my appliances when or if needed. They stand behind their products in my experience.
