Stopped warming food after 2 months

Very disappointed in this microwave…..you would think for the price it would last…nope. Two months of occasional ise it stopped heating food.

Worked great for 3 years

After 3 years, the door switch went out so if you pulled on the door to stop the "cooking", the breaker tripped and you had to reset the breaker.
Worked fine as long as you didn't open it during cooking. Then, went to warm something up and as soon as I hit the 30 seconds button, the breaker tripped. Over and over. Turns out this is a know problem with this unit. My last microwave lasted me 14 years... never had this issue. This one didn't even last 4 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Turntable making screeching noise only 20 months after installation. Probable cause turntable motor bearings. Way too soon to have this problem. Expensive to repair. Very disappointing performance of a GE product.

It's an ok microwave.

It's ok. Not the best quality made. A lot of plastic parts. The templates that came with it to install are useless. Especialy the top template. Holes dont line up with the template. Just measure yourself to save yourself greif.

This microwave cooks/heats well. The features are easy to use. However the auditory signals have not been working as they did when I first started using it. I purchased a warranty and will be calling for help to repair the problem.

Key Pad Bad

Purchased this microwave 05/30/2023. One year and a couple of weeks have passed and the key pad panel doesn't come on. The limited one year warranty expired 17 days ago. I'm very disappointed that it didn't last a year and I'll not be buying another GE microwave.
