I like the large buttons that are easy to read. Control panel is user friendly and food heats up evenly. Install was simple as well/

A die-hard product GE microwave

After 16 years of our GE microwave usage. We just bought another good one. We are very happy with GE product including our refrigerators 2 of them.

No beeps at end of cooking or timer

The beeps at the end of cooking and the timer beeps quit working after just a few months. Also, when you use the touch controls they don’t always register so you have to go back and push harder. Very disappointing.

I replaced my 17-year old GE Microwave with the identical model due to the positive experience and quality of the unit. I wasn’t having any issues at all. I just wanted to update due to the age of the microwave.
