It works fine. keys are a little hard to hit, but they respond OK.The door looks kind of cheap and flimsy, lets hope it holds up.

Good but not great.

I like the design of this microwave, but it has some things I am not crazy about.
Pros:
Heats well, though a little slower than my last microwave.
Nice look
Good price
Cons:
The installation template was not accurate and as a result my top bolt holes were off. Thankfully I was still able to mount with the bolts at an angle.
The fan is super loud and runs whenever you microwave.
The touch screen functions are not intuitive and require use of the manual to understand the setting language displayed and required button programming (e.g. you have to hit defrost twice to get to timed defrost).
The stainless finish is way shinier (almost reflective) than my other SS appliances, so they don't really match.

Only had it a year and the sound and the display are going out. The microwave no longer beeps. Very disappointed. And was not aware that everything the microwave is in use the fan turns on very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved the unit we've had for a number of years - but the handle broke off and the cost to get it fixed was more than another unit !!!!! Hope this unit last longer that the 1st !!!!

If I could give this piece of crap 0 stars I would. We had this microwave installed on 11/15/22. In late March/ early April it quit working. The dealer came, looked at it, ordered parts and after 2 weeks it was finally repaired. 3 weeks ago it quit again. They ordered the same part, without checking if that was the problem, and after 2 weeks, came and installed the part. The microwave turned on, so the tech said it was fixed and left. Later that day, I tried to use it and it was not working. It acts like it is working, but doesn't heat anything up. I have now been waiting, almost another week, and still do not have a scheduled appointment, for when something will be done to fix this. The dealer keeps giving us the run around. After three failures in 9 months, I believe that this should be replaced with a new microwave.
