Not happy.

I've only had my new microwave oven for a little over a month, and twice now it has not worked. Sometimes I only want to heat an item for a few seconds. I touch the time cook, then the number of seconds, but when I hit the start button nothing happens. I tried to look up what to do on the computer, but could not find any help. I climbed up on a ladder to unplug the microwave for a while and when I plugged it back in it worked properly, but I'm not going to do this every couple of days.

Buy a different microwave

I have owned this microwave for a little over four years and over the last two years several parts have failed. First, the vent grill (Part #: PS11736391) developed several cracks and eventually broke at one of the screw holes. Second, I recently had to change the surface lights because they both seeming burned out. I found that the plastic outside the Light Sockets (Part #: PS8753748) for both bulbs had degraded or melted. Additionally, during removal, one of the glass bulbs broke away from the metal base. I was able to remove the base after about 30 minutes, but I have serious doubts about the surface lights. I do not recommend purchasing this microwave.

Perfect replacement

I don’t like the huge opening at the top from the exhaust fan. If you have a cabinet above and accidentally drop something there is nothing from stopping it from falling in the vent. It needs a cover for sure.
I would recommend this to a friend!
