Overall I like features and operation of the appliance BUT I would like to have had Lighted panel to operate the
various selections on it. I don't have what would be considered a "well-lit" kitchen and it would be nice to just
operate the microwave without turning on a flashlight or the overhead kitchen light. Other than that it does the
job.

Broke on us just over two yrs.

I got a brand new microwave installed for our new stick build home and it has started to malfunction in the clock a few weeks ago and just stopped working all together while making my family dinner. Not impressed and saddened that my microwave didn't make ever 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased just over one year ago, last week it would not heat at all then we decided a few days later to try again and it worked? (Not sure how) and then this week it has now started to glitch numbers on the display. Have tried resetting and unplugging. Nothing is making it stop. I would not recommend this microwave at all if you want something to last. Of course there is only a 1 year warranty so we are going to have to replace it or pay for repairs.

Great microwave—not great buttons!

This is a great microwave and chose it because it is very similar to an older model we had and loved which is discontinued —the only 2 complaints we have is
1) you have to mash the buttons quite forcefully to select them which is annoying and
2) the cook time button and add 30 seconds buttons should be in a more prominent location. The font is all the same and you have to hunt for them. Otherwise a great item!

Doesn't heat evenly: The outside food gets super hot while the center stays frozen.
There is a short in the electronics: Buzzer noise goes in and out.
Touchscreen is difficult to use: Can't see it without external light. Have to push hard on some buttons but not others.
Buttons are not intuitive: You have to push defrost twice to get timed defrost.
Very loud fan that runs whenever it's in use.
Hard to open/close door and is very loud - our neighbors can hear when we close it.

This microwave is an excellent value, is very quiet while cooking. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons - no mute option on the touch pad and the cooking area floor isn't flat. Other than these two, it is a great buy!
