Screen scratches

The product works ok but the front screen has surface scratches in it. I have only used a soft cloth to clean it. It looks horrible in my kitchen now.

We want to help with some cleaning tips for the control panel. We suggest wiping it down with a soft, damp cloth and drying immediately. We don't recommend the use of any solutions on the control panel, as it can interfere with the electronics.

Love it. The first one lasted 12 years. So when it went, it was a no brainer to purchase a second one. Same size, fit perfectly into the original sleeve. Slid right in over the counter.

Great features but reoccurring issue

overall i have had no issues other than 2 of the same dealing with my breaker tripping. last time it did this a repair person said it was due to the kids opening up the door without the time being up. did this happen, yes, but not too often. fast forward and same issue if occuring and i know we barely ever open the door without hitting cancel. looks like i am going to look for a replacement now i don't want to keep repairing the same problem.

simple features

I bought this model of microwave 5 years ago and it just stopped working. Its use trips the circuitbraker and I found it cheaper to replace it than to gamble on an expensive repair. I don't know how long a regularly used microwave should last but merely 5 years seems too short to me.

The microwave worked fine even without the handle.

The handle should be made to last longer. This is the second one I’ve purchased because the handle broke twice and to replace the handle cost more than a new microwave.

Easy Install

After the microwave that came with the house 5 years ago died a smoky death the hubby went on a search. He is a researcher and review reader so I knew he would choose the best microwave for us. It was easy to install and works great. I have not had to dig out a book to figure something out and that is a win.
