Installation manual needs some work

My wife and I installed the microwave yesterday afternoon. Both of us are of very limited experience with installing appliances; perhaps the intended audience is comprised of people who don't need explicit instructions on, specifically, what size drill bit to use for which bolt or screw. We really, really could have used that information. The instructions listed four drill bits to have on hand, but figuring out which bit to use - and I believe we used only two - was, for we amateurs, time-consuming.
We have used the product only a few times since yesterday, naturally, but actual operation is easy, as this unit is replacing a 14-year-old GE Spacemaker, so the operation is fairly familiar.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet, really heats things up well

I recently purchased this microwave as my last GE died after nine years of great service. So far I am impressed with how quiet this model is and how quickly it heats things. It is nice looking too.

Excellent Choice

Just replaced another GE microwave and it was a fairly smooth installation. My only complaint is that the pre-existing bracket and holes did not line up, however, the unit I was replacing was around 15 years old so I assume this is to be expected. Very nice and quiet and affordable!

This is a great microwave for the price. The look is very sleek and modern. Love the 1 touch button choices and the reheat mode, popcorn and potato button for cooking these items.

This is one that was true to install statement, took only 30 min to install and was using on the 31st minute! Great price and GE name says it all!

Some god features, but not all

I bought this microwave about a month ago. The feature I like the best is that the exhaust fan on LOW is very quiet. The con is that the touchpads are not sensitive enough, unlike my old GE microwave, you have to push some of the pads very firmly to operate a particular function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this Microwave last Friday but like it already! I had a GE Microwave from 1983 until Jan. 2014 and it worked great!
