Microwave is fine. Door hangs.

Good microwave, but door hangs a little low and therefore doesn’t shut well. Have to hold handle close to top to shut, otherwise top of door doesn’t shut all the way

hard to read the very dark touch panel

Very difficult to read front touch panel. You need to either put on a very bright room light or use a flash light to read the control panel.

Microwave dead after 358 days of service.

Purchased on Dec. 17, 2018 and tonight, Dec. 10, 2019 (7 days short of 1 year), the microwave is dead.
Worked fine until just now. I'm not happy.

Poor cosmetic quality

Scratches too easily Second microwave and same kind purchased this year since item scratched easily. This second one scratched too the same day I received it. Poor quality and they don’t stand behind their cosmetic quality at all.

Was ok till started blowing fuses!

We bought this in 2016. Worked great for about 18 months. Then it started to blow fuses. Replaced fuse. Replaced thermocouples. Replaced door switches. All were listed as possible “issues”. Worked for about another 12 months. Then started all over again. Only now we can’t push the number “1” button as it will instantly blow. At Witt’s end!! Then after more research find out it’s a ‘design flaw’ that GE knows about!?? Well now I’m going to start looking at other brands. Sorry GE, just lost a few customers!!

At the start, the panel doesn't always work. It doesn't beep and sometimes it just shuts off during the run. Had a GE tech come out and says it needs a new board. Ordered one but they have no idea when it will come in to fix it. Still waiting to hear.
