Lacking engineering excellence

Installation was a little tricky. The directions are unclear. The workmanship is fair. Couldn't remove the panel to insert the filter because one of the screw holes was so badly burred it had a death grip on the plastic flange. The size and shape of the spacer blocks.........????? Why are they not the same? What are they not round or square....very puzzling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a month ago for a kitchen remodel. Very pleased with the product and especially the slate look. Great addition to the other appliances that I purchased. Food is warmed, defrosted and cooked perfectly.

It works fine. I find the "convenience" buttons, not really a convenience. You have to hit the "cook time" button if you want a pecific time other than the "resets" For instance if you want just 15 seconds, you can't just hit 15...as soon as you hit the one button it automatically starts and will cook for one minute...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm going to start by saying that the only thing I use the microwave for is reheating left overs. I don't defrost things and don't do anything special with it. That said, this microwave does exactly what I need it to do and I'm fully satisfied.
