It’s just ok

Turntable is noisy and the lights are not led. I find it odd that GE is still producing appliances with incandescent bulbs.

Basic microwave

This is a basic microwave with the features we use. No frills - which is what we wanted. Few things to improve, status letters are bright white and difficult to read, prefer blue. The buttons require a hard press to work and the door opens and closes with some effort. Would be nice to work more smoothly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The information on the front of the unit not prominant Makes it difficult to use this microwave.

Product works well but needs improvement

Microwave interior is dark. There is only one dim interior light located inside on the upper left ceiling so it is hard to see the entire interior of the microwave. Also, GE has changed the exterior emblem/logo. GE initials no longer are surrounded by dark color paint.that make it stand out.

missing parts

our brand new just out of the box microwave was missing an essential nut to fasten it in that could not be bought in a store. Delayed us by over a week. Had to call installers back.
