No lighting on control panel!!! Very poor design!!! Hard to see buttons...very dark

This is my third microwave in 20 years and 2nd in 2 years, 2nd one I bought did not last more than 1.5 years and had to call GE two times,

selection when reheating

The microwave is fine, not great, but fine. What I don't like is that it was made in China. I try not to buy things made in China. The clock on the micro has a small fault. The colon that separates the hour from the minutes is a little to close to the hour number, which makes it a little difficult to read.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Forward Vent does only goes to Front

This is the second one we bought of the same model as the first one stopped working in 3 years. The vent for the fan does not face forward and blows up into the cabinet above the microwave, so the fan is essentially not functional.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
