It’s been cheapened

I bought the same model when mine stopped working after four and one half years. I expected it to be the same and easy to install. The mounting bracket has only three screws instead of five and it is one strip instead of a u-shaped sturdy bracket. Of course the mounting holes are In different places requiring drilling new anchor holes. There is only one surface light instead of two and the handle is of a cheaper design. I hope it lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mounting brackets vary depending on the specific model, and are not all the same. With that being said, when replacing an over-the-range microwave, you should use the new screws, bolts, exhaust adapter, and the mounting bracket included with the new microwave.

The microwave shuts down after 7-8 minutes, and then turns back on after about 30 minutes. Can't get a repairman. Not sure what to do.

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension.

Didn’t work out box, taking forever to replace

My mircowave never worked upon delivery. Called the warranty company, they’ve come out a few times trying to fix, to no avail. Have stated we need a new one…this process has taken multiple months.
