Needed to replace existing GE microwave (12 years old) and bought this model because price was right and appeared to be the equivalent model of old microwave. Lots of features and runs quietly.

Good unit with a couple caveats

Mounting bolt positioning that connects microwave to above cabinet are to close to the sides of the unit. I could not use the right side bolt because it would interfere with the cam lock fastener of the cabinet (IKEA cabinets). Control panel buttons are hard to read especially in dim lighting conditions, looks fine on the website picture but it's not accurate. Operates fairly quietly and exhaust fan pulls well. The two lights are positioned towards the front and are 40 watts each and light up my stove top nicely.

Had to replace my 10+ yo GE MW and immediately looked to GE again. This model had every feature I needed and more. The unit is easy to use, quick to clean & very quiet when cooking. Only downside was that GE moved the support screws and I had to drill more holes in my cabinet bottom to install my new

We had owned GE microwaves for many years and have always had good luck with the performance of each one. What we like about this new model is that it has a clean slick look that goes great with the look of our other appliances and also has a face venting grill that is now located on the top of the unit that is awesome. No more air being blown into the face when trying to cook. Also, I have a home remodeling
business and when I have clients that are on a tight budged while designing their kitchens I always recommend this unit because of all the pros.

Microwave Door and Buttons

I like the unit, especially how quiet it is when operating. However, I find exception for these two features:
1. the door is not easy to open and close, and make a clanging noise when opening and closing. This unit replaces a similar GE unit which had the same issue (flaw).
2. The "touch" pad buttons require too hard a force to activate.

Simple Easy!

We were looking for affordable yet simple ,easy and clean looking microwave ,and we got it. It is easy to use when reheating the food ,the express cook is perfect ,fan is quiet, and it was easy to install .

Control panel flaws

Overall, this is a decent Microwave. However, I think the execution of the control
panel is poor. The main issues I have with it are as follows:
1) Button touch sensitivity is poor. Need to push too hard to enable.
2) Very difficult to read. Bolder/brighter print, or even backlighted would be better.
3) The flexible control panel coating leaves indents that are visible at reflective angle.
