I bought this out of need the other broke.
it has a loud door and the black color always show finger prints..

Sleek Design

This microwave has a very sleek design with the vent on the top rather than on the
front like my old one. Very spacious inside. After my installer took 3 tries to get the venting correct, I'm enjoying it. I wish microwaves could come in left-side openings since it is against a wall on the right.

We have used our microwave for a few months now and all is good. One concern though nothing has gone wrong so far - the latches that actually pulls/seals the door into the frame when closing are made of plastic and takes a pretty 'loud' beating upon opening and closing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was purchased at and installed by Home Depot a few months ago, and is an excellent over-stove microwave. Convenient controls, effective surface light, no problems.

Best GE Microwave

This was the third one we purchased over the years and by far the best. It has more power than our previous like models and much quieter when running. The other two always made a loud sound when the turntable would turn, but this one is very quiet. Over all thus far it is the best one we have purchased from GE.

I have been using this appliance for 60 days. It cooks thoroughly. Has many pre programmed cooking options that make using it very easy and convenient. Easy to clean.

Handle broke within 2 months

Overall a good microwave, although the handle cracked at the base very quickly. I called GE service and they came out promptly and replaced the entire door and it
