We chose this microwave to be installed in our new house. The appliance guy asked why were not going with a microwave to match our range (different brand) and I replied, "this one got better reviews ". He did a little research and agreed this one was a better choice. My favorite thing about it is that it is so quiet. I have no complaints so far.

Fits the area above the stove

I purchased an above the stove microwave to replace one that had come with the house we had bought. The old micro had died and we had in the passed a GE micro which we liked very. Our new micro has not disappointed. Thank you GE.

I bought this a couple of months ago to replace one almost identical that was 12 years old and very much used. The only exception is that it doesn't have the reminder feature which I personally think all microwaves should have. The reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the reminder.

The unit looks good and performs well with one exception: The surface lights get way too hot. Seldom use them because of this. Too bad because they are handy for lighting the stove top during cooking.
