Dependability not there.

Price, functionality, and consumer report's rating makes this a good buy. Having said that, I may have a defective unit. It worked fine for the first two weeks, then it started with a rattle somewhere inside when cooking. Something is working it's way lose inside. It's not the flapper for the air duct since there is no noise when I just have the fan on. I hate to take it down and open it up. Does anyone know the length of warranty on this item.

Bought this one to replace an older 5 year old version that was still working great but had some cosmetic damage. This one is sharper looking, easy to use and does a fantastic job. Excellent value for the price, highly recommend.

By rearranging the location of push-buttons, and adding sub-functions of a push-button's use, it makes a steeper learning curve.

A little disappointed.

We had to get a new microwave because the one we had just over a year stopped working one morning and it's just not worth calling a repairman due the cost. We purchased this unit, but it doesn't have a lot of the features our previous one did and it's not as sleek as our previous one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
