Purchased 2 months ago. Install was not difficult if directions followed.
Was missing the charcoal filter, called company, filter sent that day received 2 days later.

In general the microwave works as well as can be expected. The controls are on the side, not the bottom which is excellent. Some of the button placement is not the most intuitive however. The "Cook Time" button is just in the wrong place. Move it down to the bottom row, far left, then start, then cancel. Move Timer to the bottom, next to Set Clock, moving Surface Light and Vent Fan up one notch each. Move Turntable up to where Timer is now.

Easy to install and use

Bought to put over stove. Was easy to install on my own. Has very good lighting for over stove and fan ventilation is good. Once I got used to the way it programs I found it easy to use.

Good and inexpensive microwave.

I bought this microwave because it was the most inexpensive in the size I needed. I mounted it myself (you better bring a friend to help). It hangs lower over the stove than my old unit which tapered from back to front. The fan could be more powerful but it exhausts most of the stove odors. The only drawback is the keyboard with small white printing on a black background...hard to see if your kitchen is not the brightest.
I would recommend this to a friend!
