frustrating features

Features such as, Reheat shows items to choose but they don't tend to conform to what I want regarding timeframe. Same with like popcorn reflects oz. to choose but highest amount 3 oz doesn't get bag complete would like to be able to change time.

Arrived without filter

The on-line product description says that a charcoal filter is included, but mine arrived without. It looks like I will have to uninstall it and take it down to put the filter in once it arrives, which is no joke, given the weight of the unit, so it would have been nice to have the filter initially. Fairly quiet and easier to install than I expected, but the door / handle / latching mechanism feel a little flimsy, and makes me wonder about quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
