Installed today used once good so far will se in time if ok the last one lasted 20 years before the handle broke.

This unit runs quietly and has extra features such as turntable cut-off and bi-level range light. The exhaust fan has two speeds that can be selected manually. When running, the unit selects the speed needed for adequate cooling.

Nice Unit

I purchased this unit to replace a 17-year-old over-the-range GE that started making a weird loud noise. So far, I am very pleased with it. It has features my old microwave did not have, such as a timer, but lacks others such as being able to program multiple cooking times and temperatures at once. I do like the "add 30 seconds" feature, which allows me to warm up things that require little time without having to go through the entire programming cycle. This unit is much, much quieter than my old one and has a turntable, so I no longer have to wind the portable turntable by hand. I have owned GE appliances since 1977 and I am delighted that I found this unit to replace my old one!

Very quiet!

Makes next to no noise so I don't have to crank up the TV volume to catch the new while making super. Very intuitive operation. Nice large turntable.

Just installed the new microwave and it works! My old microwave lasted about 3 years and still looks new. I hope I get better mileage out of this one. The ratings are top notch and I am looking forward to it lasting many years. So far so good!

excellent choice ... installation was simple and unit works as expected. Quality product / very happy so far with performance.
Light (from below unit for counter top) is also very bright and microwave is very quiet when operating.
