Bought this for dimensions, features, and appearance, and to replace an old unit. Very easy to install with 2 people. Just happens to match my stove. Would recommend.

Microwave disparity

We have always bought GE. But this microwave has been a huge disappointment. There seems like something is always wrong. And having to take time off from work is a huge inconvience for a product that is less than 6 months old and has been serviced 3 times. We got the lemon

Fairly new microwave. So far, I'm very satisfied with it. It heats very well and is really quiet. Only two minor complaints - 1) Buttons don't light up. If I'm just going into the kitchen to reheat something later at night and don't feel like turning the lights on, it can be hard to see the buttons. Not a dealbreaker, but would be a nice feature. And 2) If you put something in the microwave and don't start the microwave right away...when you come back a few minutes later, it won't let you set the cook time without opening the door again and pretending like you just put the food in. (Sometimes I'll put a baked potato in, for example, just to get it off the counter and start preparing other foods...and when I come back a few minutes later to actually microwave it, have to open and close the door again...). Again, not a huge deal, but something I noticed.
Overall, satisfied with the microwave...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought month ago still haven't used it had to call for service ordered pne part now has to order two more parts brand shouldn't have to get parts already
