Nice installation template for top holes was off a little other than that works fine.

Does everything I want it to

I bought this as a replacement for a GE microwave I had for 10 years. It is basically the same microwave with the same features. I don't think it is made as well as the one I had 10 years ago, but what is? For example the door isn't as strong. I was able to install it myself but couldn't use the hanging brackets from the previous microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cloudy see through window

We bought this microwave to replace a GE spacesaver that was 19 yrs old. I loved our old microwave and only replaced it because it was black to match our old range that had a black glass door and we were purchasing a new bisque colored range so wanted the microwave to match. I really like the way this new model works...still has the "express cook" buttons that the old one had and is much quieter than the old one, both when it is operating and when the exhaust fan is running. We did have some problems with the installation... the holes that my husband drilled according to the template didn't match up and he had to do some adjusting (as well as a few choice words under his breath!) Also, the window is very hard to see through when the microwave is on. That is really the only complaint I have with it. With my old unit, it was very easy to see the food inside as it cooked. With this one you can't see anything clearly at all...you can barely see the outline of whatever is in there. Makes it very hard to see if your oatmeal is starting to boil over!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my new GE microwave

I have had this microwave for less than 2 months and love everything about it from it's size to it's functionality. It was very easy to learn to use. I never had to read the instruction manual to begin using it. It was that easy.
